Roof Repair Smedway's Flat Roof Repair crews are trained on TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems across Raymond, not general shingle work applied to a flat surface.
A flat roof leak rarely shows up directly above where the water actually entered — membrane systems move water laterally before it drips through.
Commercial Flat Roof Repair scheduling is built around minimizing disruption to your Raymond business operations.
Every Flat Roof Repair technician carries current Raymond, MN licensing for commercial roofing work.
We coordinate timing to reduce impact on tenants or foot traffic wherever possible.
No surprise costs once we're already on the roof mid-repair.
Hot-air welders and seam probes come standard for TPO and EPDM Flat Roof Repair work.
Flat roof issues cover a specific range of membrane and drainage problems — here's our Flat Roof Repair scope.
TPO seam separation gets properly heat-welded, not just caulked over as a temporary fix.
EPDM punctures and seam failures are patched with compatible materials, not a mismatched quick fix.
We identify why water is pooling — often a low spot or blocked drain — before recommending a solution.
We assess whether a modified bitumen repair needs a patch or a full section replacement.
Clogged or damaged drains are a leading cause of Raymond flat roof ponding and membrane stress.
Rooftop HVAC units and their curbs are a frequent source of Raymond commercial roof leaks that general roofers often overlook.
We start by discussing the issue — ponding, active leak, or visible membrane damage.
A technician inspects the membrane system, checking seams, drains, and any ponding areas.
You receive a written estimate covering membrane repair or drainage correction before work begins.
A completed Flat Roof Repair includes a walkthrough of what was repaired and why.
